Richard Prado-Leyton

Richard Prado-Leyton is an experienced operations manager in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at BENCHMARK, A Global Hospitality Company since June 2021. Previously, Richard held the position of Executive Director of Operations at SJH and was also the Director of Housekeeping Operations at SJH South Beach Hotel. With a career spanning over two decades, Richard has demonstrated expertise in overseeing hotel operations, human resources, and guest relations. Key achievements include receiving multiple GMBHA Inn Key Awards and effectively managing housekeeping staff and operations at Trust Hospitality LLC and The Deauville Beach Resort. Richard holds a Master's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from Florida International University.
