Diane Spears

Diane Spears, CPA, MBA has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Diane began their career as a Payroll Manager at Sordoni Skanska Construction Company in 1994 and later worked as a Senior Accountant at Parente Randolph. Diane served as a CFO at Bittner and Company for 9 years before joining Gattuso Group, LLC as a Manager. Diane then transitioned to Huntsville Executive Search as a Director-Financial and Accounting Search, CPA. Diane's most recent role was as VP of Accounting and Tax at Benco Dental where they oversaw the general ledger close process and financial statement analysis.

Diane Spears, CPA, MBA completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance at Villanova University from 1985 to 1990. Diane then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Accountancy from Wilkes University between 1991 and 1993.
