At Benefex, James currently serves as the Global Delivery Director, working to enhance the company's technology solutions and delivery processes. Prior to this, James held positions such as Quality Team Lead, Delivery Operations Director, Enterprise Delivery Manager, and New Client Delivery Manager. With a strong educational background in Mathematics from the University of Southampton, James has honed their skills and expertise in project management, client engagement, and team leadership.
