Safir Moizuddin's work experience begins in 1993 as a Research Associate/Laboratory Manager at Iowa State University, where they optimized spray drying technology and supervised various soy-based research projects. They then joined MicroSoy Corporation in 2003 as a Research & Development Manager, where they developed innovative food applications using soy ingredients and obtained a US patent for toasting soy flakes. In 2010, Safir moved to Idahoan Foods as a Food Scientist, leading the development of a first-to-market potato product and coordinating projects involving cross-functional teams. They also gained expertise in nutrition labeling during their time at Idahoan Foods. From 2012 to 2015, Safir worked as a Food Scientist at The Coca-Cola Company, responsible for managing Minute Maid Orange Juice blends and achieving cost savings through product reformulation. They then joined PACA Foods in 2015 as an R&D Sr. Food Scientist Project Manager, before joining Beneficial Blends, LLC in 2019 as a Sr. Food Scientist R&D Manager and subsequently being promoted to Director of Research Development in June 2021.

Safir Moizuddin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Iowa State University, graduating in 1991. Safir then pursued a Master's Degree in the same field from Iowa State University from 2000 to 2003.
