Suroj M. has a diverse work experience in the field of product support and quality assurance. From 2019 to the present, Suroj has been working as the Director of Product Support at Benekiva. Prior to this role, Suroj held the position of Product Owner at Benekiva from 2023 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, Suroj worked as a Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst at Benekiva. In addition to their experience at Benekiva, Suroj also served as a Board Member at Global Offsite Care starting in 2023. Before joining Benekiva and Global Offsite Care, Suroj worked at Wells Fargo as a Quality Analyst and QA Lead from 2017 to 2019. Prior to Wells Fargo, Suroj worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist and QA Lead at Advantage Resourcing - Technical Staffing from 2016 to 2017, where they worked as a contractor for Wells Fargo.
