Rachel Zeman

Rachel Zeman has over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Rachel began their career in 2000 as the VP of Employee Benefits for MeyersDining Insurance. In 2006, they became the CEO of BeneLinx, Inc. and held the role for nine years. During that time, they also served as a Salesforce Architect and Digital Transformation Consultant on the Salesforce Platform. In 2015, they founded and became the CEO of RiteHealth Solutions, Inc., a company that provides health care benefits to businesses and individuals. After 10 years, RiteHealth was acquired by HUB International in March of 2019, and Rachel became an Employee Benefits Sales Executive.

Rachel Zeman earned their Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1998. Rachel then went on to receive their Masters of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver in 2000.
