Jason Rusnak

Jason Rusnak is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with substantial experience in strategy, business development, and operational efficiency. Co-founding Neighborly Software in November 2015, Jason focuses on enhancing administrative efficiency and regulatory compliance for community development programs. In the same year, Jason also co-founded and serves as President of Benevate, Inc., which provides innovative employee benefits aimed at talent attraction and financial wellness. Prior to these ventures, Jason held the position of Division Vice President for Strategy & Business Development at ADP, where responsibilities included strategic planning and business development for National Account Services. Earlier experience at Accenture as a Senior Manager involved corporate strategy, due diligence, and government operations improvement. Jason holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Communications and Economics from Denison University.
