The Transformation Team is currently seeking a Senior Manager, PMO to lead a team of six individuals and drive projects that impact strategic priorities. This critical position is responsible for managing the Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Portfolio Managers, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Manager, PMO will develop and implement project management methodologies, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Portfolio Managers
  • Develop and implement PMO processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Align projects with strategic priorities and organizational goals
  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of PMO projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams and departments
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates
  • Allocate resources effectively for project success
  • Monitor resource utilization and optimize resource allocation
  • Develop and implement resource management strategies
  • Establish project performance metrics and KPIs
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management
  • Lead the development and implementation of process management guidelines
  • Standardize processes with a unified framework across the organization
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO
