Erin Shoemaker

Erin Shoemaker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Erin is currently working as the Director of Client Success Management at Benevity since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Workday as the Director of Customer Success from May 2018 to July 2021. Erin also gained valuable experience at Ultimate Software, where they held various roles including VP of Customer Success Programs & Operational Excellence, Director of Customer Success, and Workplace Customer Success Sr. Manager. Erin started their career at ADP as a Payroll Manager in the Comprehensive Outsourcing Services division from November 2005 to October 2009.

Erin Shoemaker has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Elementary Education from Michigan State University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Leading Operational Excellence" from MIT Sloan Executive Education, and they have completed executive education programs in "Leading Innovative Change" with UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and "Leading Strategic Growth" with Columbia Business School.
