Emma Coffey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emma started their career as an Assistant Manager at Glasscock Boutique, where they set up the online store and assisted customers in finding the perfect dress. Emma also had a fellowship at the Jean Frazier Leadership Institute, where they researched and presented on relevant topics. Emma then worked as a Merchandising and Social Media Intern at The Peppermint Palm, creating content for social media and helping with store merchandising.

Following that, Emma became a Stylist and Sales Associate at kate spade new york, where they assisted customers, worked the register, and replenished stock. Emma later transitioned to the role of a Campus Manager at Fresh Prints, managing operations on campus. Emma also gained experience as a Content Creator, Ambassador, and Closet Owner at Poshmark, specializing in selling and promoting luxury handbags. Emma served as a Posh On Campus Mentor and was a speaker at Poshfest and Posh Party Live events. Emma also worked as a Consultant and was a part of the Emerging Trends Council at Poshmark, contributing to content creation and customer acquisition strategies.

In addition, Emma joined Beni as a Product Manager and Beni Band Ambassador, focusing on making resale shopping more convenient and reducing its impact on the environment. Emma co-founded Nxrth_471 and worked as a Co-Owner, and was involved in leading the business. Emma also had a role as an Education Abroad Social Media Ambassador at Kent State University, promoting and sharing experiences of studying abroad. Currently, they are the Social Media Director at NRFSA @ Kent State, responsible for managing social media presence.

Looking ahead, Emma has a future role planned as a Sourcing Manager at Kohl's, where they will be attending an Emerging Talent Summit. With their diverse work experience, Emma has developed strong skills in social media management, content creation, customer service, merchandising, and leadership.

Emma Coffey began their education at Sacred Heart Academy from 2017 to 2021. Emma then attended Northern Kentucky University in 2020, where they completed a summer program in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Currently, Emma is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising at Kent State University, which they are expected to complete in 2025. Additional to their formal education, Emma also obtained an Inside LVMH Certificate from LVMH in June 2022.
