Jonathan Bruce

Jonathan Bruce has extensive work experience in various roles within the employee benefits and software industry. Jonathan is currently the VP International Sales at Benify, where they lead the international sales team. Prior to that, they worked as the Business Development Director UK & Global at Benify, focusing on business development in the UK and globally.

Before joining Benify, Jonathan held the position of Director of Consulting and Client Relations at B2E Technologies Ltd, where they led teams in consulting, proposition, and revenue development. Jonathan'srole involved delivering the Rewarder platform for service providers in the employee benefit supply chain.

Jonathan also co-founded Portus Online LLP, an employee benefits software as a service business, where they served as the Sales Director. Jonathan successfully established Portus Online as the preferred choice flexible benefits supplier for UK law firms and secured significant client contracts.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as the Head of Sales at Staffcare Ltd, where they transformed the company into the market leader for online employee benefit communication. In addition, they had a role as an Employee Benefit Consultant at AWD Consulting and held various roles in marketing, business development, and retail management at Abbey.

Jonathan Bruce attended Newcastle University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a BA (hons) degree in Business Management.
