Meghan Earley

Meghan Earley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Meghan is currently working as a Lead HRIS Analyst at Bentley University since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. HRIS Analyst at CarGurus from April 2017 to September 2019.

Meghan also had a significant role as a Senior HRIS Analyst at HubSpot from January 2013 to April 2017. Meghan was responsible for maintaining strong relationships with employees and managers, promoting positive employee relations and engagement, and creating programs to attract and retain talent. Meghan also assisted employees and managers with HR-related questions and resolved employee relations issues.

Before joining HubSpot, Meghan worked as a Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Progress Software from January 2011 to December 2012. Prior to that, they served as a Benefits Administrator at WinnCompanies from December 2008 to January 2011.

Meghan started their career at Endeca, where they held various roles including Executive Assistant, Marketing from September 2007 to November 2008, Benefits Coordinator from July 2006 to September 2007, Recruiting Coordinator from January 2006 to July 2007, and Project Coordinator from August 2004 to January 2006.

Meghan's earliest work experience was as an Accounting Coordinator at NLG in 2003.

Meghan Earley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Westfield State University, from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Workday Pro HCM from Workday in 2019.
