Jerome Spiri

Jerome Spiri has extensive work experience in various finance-related roles. Jerome started their career at Lear Corporation in 2013 as the Finance Director for TC Europe. From there, they held interim management positions at Plastic Omnium, Café Legal, and Danone, where they served as Cash Manager for Evian Volvic World. In 2016, they became the Program Controller Manager for BU Western Europe at Plastic Omnium. Jerome then joined Sogefi Group as the BU Industrial Business Partner and Thyssenkrupp Materials France as the Chief Financial Officer, both in interim management roles. In 2018, Jerome became the Chief Financial Officer of Fraikin France, a subsidiary of FRAIKIN Group, where they managed a large finance team and successfully improved financial reporting and budgeting processes. Most recently, they served as the interim Chief Financial Officer at Nexans before joining BENVIC as the Group CFO in 2023.

Jerome Spiri has a diverse education history. In 1983, they completed their A level (Bac) in Economics at Collège Stanislas Paris. From 1986 to 1990, they pursued a Master of Finance degree at Lincoln International Business School in Paris. In 1990, they attended the University of Sydney as an exchange student, studying at the School of Economics. In 2001, they briefly enrolled in the CEDEP - Executive Development program in Fontainebleau, focusing on the Management Programme.
