Gustavo de Santos Garcia

Gustavo de Santos Garcia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of mobile engineering. Gustavo started their career as a consultant at LaNetro in 2006. Gustavo then worked as a Mobile Analyst/Developer at Ericsson and Navento before joining Tuenti as a Client Mobile Engineer in 2010. At NTT DATA, they held the role of Mobile Software Engineer/Lead Developer from 2010 to 2021, where they not only focused on core development but also took responsibility for management and DevOps tasks. During this time, they gained experience in mobile technologies, backend technologies, and low-level development. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Mobile Software Engineer from 2011 to 2021, specializing in native development and experimenting with Kotlin Multiplatform. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Mobile Engineer at Noesis Technologies. Gustavo then joined Hopin in 2021 as an Android Engineer, where they worked on the development and maintenance of the Hopin Events platform's Android application, incorporating modern technologies such as Jetpack Compose, Kotlin coroutines, and reactive programming. Following that, they worked at Proxy as a Senior Android Engineer from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Gustavo de Santos Garcia is employed as a Senior Android Engineer at BeReal.
