Charles Kelly

Charles Kelly, III is the current President & Chief Operating Officer at Bergeron's Boudin & Cajun Meats since October 2023. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University, Charles has a strong background in leadership and talent development. Prior to their current role, Charles held various management positions at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, Old Italian House Restaurant & Catering, Copeland's of New Orleans, and Taste Buds Management. Through their extensive experience, Charles has honed their skills in new restaurant openings, service management, kitchen management, and talent acquisition.
