Xuan Bien Le is an experienced business development and marketing professional with a strong background in the agricultural and industrial segments. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at BERICAP since October 2022, Xuan focuses on developing business within the Agro chemical, Automotive, and Pharma sectors. Previous roles include National Marketing Manager at FMC Corporation, where Xuan developed comprehensive marketing strategies and digital marketing initiatives, and Business Manager for Rural Hygiene at Bayer Crop Science. Xuan has also held several marketing manager positions, notably at Summit Agro Vietnam and Syngenta, where responsibilities included leading marketing campaigns, brand management, and utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance company performance. Xuan holds an MBA from Lincoln University and relevant certifications in event management and agricultural sciences from Can Tho University.
