Kim Conroy

Kim Conroy has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. Kim currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Quality Control & Operational Compliance at Berkshire Bank since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the First Vice President of Quality Control & Operational Compliance Officer at Berkshire Bank from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Berkshire Bank, Kim worked at M&M Consulting, LLC as an Assistant Vice President, Engagement Leader, and Compliance Consultant from 2018 to 2023. Kim also held the role of Vice President of Loan Operations and Loan Servicing at Centreville Bank from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Putnam Bank as the Vice President of Loan Administration from 1997 to 2015, and they started their career as a Credit Technician at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) from 1993 to 1997.

Kim Conroy attended Providence College from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
