Francis Higelin

Francis Higelin is an experienced industrial project manager and consultant with a strong background in quality and performance improvement within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Industrial Project Manager and Vice President of Industrial Performance at Bernard Controls since April 2023, Francis also holds positions as Senior Manager at HF Conseil and Senior Team Manager at SNECI, focusing on performance, quality, and lean consulting. Previous roles include production manager and consultant at Stellantis, Manager Manufacturing at PSA Peugeot Citroen, and various senior quality roles within the PSA Group. Francis graduated with a Master of Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in 1985.
