Pastry Chef at Bern's Steak House

Hannah Thomas has extensive experience in the culinary field, specializing in pastries. Since January 2023, Hannah has served as Pastry Chef at Berns Steak House, following a progression from Pastry Sous Chef at the same establishment from April 2019 to March 2023. Prior to that, Hannah worked as a Pastry Cook at Streamsong Resort from May 2015 to April 2019. Hannah holds an Associate of Arts degree in Patisserie and Baking from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando, obtained between April 2014 and January 2016.
