Ray Lajoie

Ray Lajoie is an experienced Pastry Chef with a demonstrated history of working in the restaurant and catering industry. Since February 2019, Ray has been honing pastry skills at Michael's On East Restaurant & Catering. Prior to this role, Ray served as a Pastry Chef at Mattisons 41 from April 2012 to February 2019, further developing expertise in creating desserts and pastries.
