Koen de Groot

Koen de Groot serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Total Design since September 2019, advocating for collaborative diversity in professional environments. In addition, Koen de Groot coaches cultural organizations in North Holland pro bono through Cultuurherstel, beginning in August 2023. As an Executive Committee Member of Yuma since February 2023, Koen de Groot participates in digital transformation initiatives that integrate human and technological change. Koen de Groot has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at FEL and Selmore, and Chief Innovation Officer at Altavia Sumis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics Marketing from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Koen de Groot continues professional development through The Columbia Consulting Group's Agency Leadership Program.
