Lauren Watson

Lauren Watson currently serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life and Area Coordinator at Berry College since August 2021. Prior experience includes various roles at Appalachian State University, such as Coordinator in the Office of Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) and Graduate Intern across multiple departments. Prior to that, Lauren contributed as the Hospitality Director for the Chick-fil-A DC Launch Program, emphasizing leadership development and customer service excellence. Lauren's early involvement in leadership roles included serving as Student Director of the Berry College Leadership Fellows Scholarship Program and an internship at the Georgia Aquarium. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Berry College and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration from Appalachian State University.
