Christie Goder

Christie Goder is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Lead Talent Partner at Berry Street since November 2018, Christie previously held roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner and at AustralianSuper as a Learning and Development Coordinator. Prior positions include Human Resources Advisor and Officer at Crown Resorts and the Master Builders Association of Victoria, respectively, where Christie focused on advising on HR policies and executing full cycle recruitment processes. Early career experiences at Sportscraft and Telstra as a Retail Sales Assistant and a Recruitment Intern at Kelly Services provided a solid foundation in customer service and recruitment practices. Christie holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Australian Catholic University and a Certificate IV in HR from Holmesglen Institute of Tafe.
