Kristina Johnson

Kristina Johnson has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kristina started their career in 2001 at the City of Greater Geelong, where they served as the Coordinator for Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Training until 2013. Kristina then joined Telstra as a Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2018. After that, they worked at Mitchell Shire Council as a Coordinator for Employee Relations and Manager for People and Culture job share from 2016 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Yarra City Council as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR Business Partnering at Berry Street since February 2023.
