Uwe Streb

Uwe Streb has extensive experience in the field of crane and lifting equipment management, currently serving as a member of the Crane and Lifting Equipment Department at Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung e.V. (DGUV) since May 2023, and as a specialist for cranes at Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall since October 2022. Previous roles include managing director positions at Refu-Crane and AXXIA GmbH, and teaching mechanical engineering as a lecturer at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach for 16 years. Uwe Streb has also held project management roles in major crane projects and was the owner of IBS Ingenieurbüro Streb for two decades. Uwe Streb's educational qualifications include a diploma in mechanical engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt and specialized certifications in crane inspection and welding engineering.
