Christian Kaiser

Christian Kaiser is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in IT management and digital transformation across the automotive sector. Currently, as Partner and Managing Director at Berylls by AlixPartners since October 2022, Christian also serves as Head of IT. Previously, Christian held the position of CEO and Head of ADAS Cooperation at CARIAD, leading B2B data strategies for the Volkswagen Group. Other notable roles include Chairman of the Board at NIRA Dynamics AB and Global Head of IT Modernization at Solera, where responsibilities encompassed cloud strategy and IT infrastructure modernization. Christian’s background includes leadership positions at MAN Truck & Bus SE as Chief Digital Officer and various strategic roles at Daimler AG and Daimler Trucks North America, where contributions spanned HR IT strategy, digital sales, and communications. Christian holds a degree in Economics from FH Würzburg.
