Rikke Perlman

Rikke Perlman has extensive experience in human resources, primarily within the Ministry of Employment since June 1997, where roles have included HR chief and acting office manager, among others. Prior positions include HR Partner in the Department, Chief Consultant in corporate development, and Ministerial Secretary. Additional experience includes time as an Assistant Secretary at the Labor Court and a Secretary at the Conciliation Institution. Rikke Perlman began a career in public service as a Senior Administrator at the Directorate for Unemployment Insurance. Rikke Perlman holds a law degree (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen, earned from 1987 to 1993.
