Andrew Blotky

Andrew Blotky is the Founder and CEO of Azure Leadership Group, where a consultancy and leadership coaching practice focuses on strategic communications, leadership management, and cultural transformation for a diverse range of organizations. With extensive experience, Andrew has served as an Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners and a Community Member at Mixing Board since 2022. In a previous role as Vice President of Communications at Johnson & Johnson, Andrew directed internal and crisis communications for over 130,000 employees while advising the Chief HR Officer. Other notable positions include Director of Global Internal Communications at Facebook, Director of Legal Progress at the Center for American Progress, and Program Manager at the Wyss Foundation. As an academic, Andrew was an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University and holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA in Political Science and Government from Stanford University.
