Karol Rattinger

Karol Rattinger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Director B2B2C Mexico at Despegar since October 2020, Karol has also held significant roles at Best Day Travel, including Managing Director of BD Travel Solution and VP of Alianzas Comerciales since 2012. Additionally, Karol has been VP Commercial/Director Comercial at BD TravelSolution since August 2016. Previous experience includes a decade at American Airlines, culminating in the role of General Manager for Costa Rica, and participation in a quality assurance program at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, which received the Mexico National Quality Award in 2000. Karol holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad la Salle Cancún, complemented by managerial training at ICAMI and corporate governance education at IGOME.
