Steven Peters

Steven Peters, PHR, is an experienced Director of Human Resources Operations at Best Egg. Prior to their current role, Steven served as a Human Resource Generalist at Fitness Center of Havre de Grace and as an Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target. Steven also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Waffle House, Inc. and as a Human Resources Specialist at the same company. Additionally, Steven gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Royal Farms Arena. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Towson University. Throughout their career, Steven has been instrumental in creating HR processes, supporting and guiding teams, and overseeing recruitment and onboarding efforts.
