Loreda Silvia Dragomir

Loreda Silvia Dragomir is an experienced professional in executive search and human resources, currently serving as Partner Romania for the Best Places to Work Certification Program since February 2024, and as Managing Partner at Head Hunting Agency SRL since January 2024. Additionally, Loreda holds a position as an Associated Member at IMD International Search Group. Previously, leadership roles included Permanent Placement Director at Adecco, Managing Partner at CNA International Executive Search, and Country Manager for Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH and Grafton Recruitment. Loreda has also contributed to the Professional Women's Network Romania as a Mentor and served on the board of the Netherlands-Romanian Chamber of Commerce, enhancing bilateral business relationships.
