Betsy Edson

Betsy Edson has over 20 years of experience in software quality assurance and engineering operations. Betsy is currently the Director of Engineering Operations at Bestpass, where they have been working since 2017. Prior to that, they worked at HVHC Inc. as a Senior Manager of Engineering Operations, where they managed resource allocation for testing initiatives and supervised a team.

Before joining HVHC Inc., Betsy was the Quality Assurance Manager at Transfinder from 2011 to 2015. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications.

Earlier in their career, Betsy worked as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Pearl Carroll and Associates, where they implemented bug tracking processes and conducted hands-on testing. Betsy also gained experience as a Systems Analyst at CCG Systems, Inc., where they developed and maintained software solutions for internal and external customers.

Betsy Edson obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Communication and Human Communication and Instructional Design from Ithaca College, where they attended from 1990 to 1994.
