Paula Tripp

Paula Tripp has a diverse work experience in various industries. Paula is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Insights at BET Networks, a subsidiary of ViacomCBS Inc. Prior to this, Paula was a member of the Board of Directors for the 40+ Double Dutch Club, a non-profit organization empowering women in mental health and physical fitness. Paula also held leadership positions at McDonald's, including Head of Foundational and Menu Insights, Director of Consumer and Business Insights, and Manager of Consumer and Business Insights. Paula began their career at Unilever as an Associate Manager of Consumer and Market Insights.

Paula Tripp holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Paula has also pursued further education and completed a Master's degree (MS) in Marketing Research from the Wisconsin School of Business.
