Rachel Smith Phr

Rachel Smith, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Rachel currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at Graceworks Lutheran Services. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources at CompuNet Clinical Laboratories from February 2016 to November 2022. Rachel also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Economy Linen & Towel Company, Inc. from June 2015 to February 2016, and as a Recruiter at Remedy Intelligent Staffing from February 2014 to May 2015.

Rachel Smith, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Buffalo State University. In June 2019, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, as well as the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, in July 2017, they obtained the Recruiting Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification from the Recruiter Academy.
