Arlesia Fields Welch, PhD, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Bethune-Cookman University since July 2019 and has been providing executive coaching through private practice since January 2012. With a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, where Arlesia graduated summa cum laude, and an MBA in International Business from the University of Michigan, Arlesia possesses extensive knowledge in leadership coaching psychology.
