Christine Tran (Christy)

Christine (Christy) Tran is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at BETSOL since April 2019, Christine previously held the position of SAL Engineer at Avaya from October 2007 to April 2019, where responsibilities included troubleshooting Secure Access Link gateway issues and registering new products. Prior to Avaya, Christine worked as an Application Protocol Interface Analyst at Galileo International from May 2000 to June 2006, focusing on resolving hardware and software issues related to Web Services and XML interfacing. Christine holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in IT from the University of Colorado Denver.
