Andrew Foster has been working in the customer success industry for over 20 years. Andrew began their career in quality assurance and software development at ACNielsen in 1998 and held that position for three years. Andrew then transitioned to technical sales consulting at BusinessObjects for two years before moving to Oracle, where they worked as a senior sales consultant for eight years. In 2001, they left Oracle to become a piano, voice, and drama instructor at Stars Academy, where they worked for seven years. Andrew then joined NBI as a marketing support representative, a position they held for two years. In 2008, they transitioned to their current role as a member success advisor at Better Impact.

Andrew Foster has a Bachelor's Degree in Programming, Business, Technical Writing, Psychology, and Math from DeVry. Andrew also has a BA in French, Music, and Theatre from the University of Toronto Scarborough. Lastly, they have an SSHGD - Secondary School Honours Graduation Diploma in English, French, Music, Drafting, and Geography from Nelson High School.

They are on a team with Mohana Ananthanarayan - Member Success Advisor, Thomas Brindle - Member Success Advisor, and Dahlia Opala - Member Success Advisor. Andrew Foster reports to Rob Bonesteel, Member Success Team Manager.
