Guillermo Sánchez Plasencia

Guillermo Sánchez Plasencia has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Guillermo started their career in 2005 at Grupo Necomplus as an Analyst/Programmer, where they were involved in requirements analysis, Transact SQL, BI, and software development. In 2011, they became the Director of Technology, responsible for technology management, commercial IT management for large clients, and participation in the management committee. Guillermo held this position until 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Director of Innovation at Necomplus, driving innovation and participating in the management committee. In 2019, they co-founded their own company called Flexoh, where they served as the CEO and co-founder until 2022. In 2020, they also co-founded Lebbel. Most recently, they joined Betterfly, first as the Country Manager for Betterfly Spain from January to May 2023, and then as the Senior VP of Revenue from May 2023 onwards. Moreover, in 2009, they co-founded Trendsplant, a premium urban clothing brand.

Guillermo Sánchez Plasencia completed their primary and secondary education at Colegio HH. Maristas (Alicante) from 1988 to 2000, achieving a degree in EGB, BUP y COU. Subsequently, they pursued a higher education degree in Informática at Universitat d'Alacant from 2000 to 2005.
