Cody Crawford

Cody Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cody is currently the Director of Customer Success at BetterYou, where they lead a team of professionals in assisting clients in making digital decisions that prioritize their health and wellness goals. Prior to this, Cody worked at When I Work, starting as a Customer Success Manager and progressing through various roles to become the Director of Customer Success. Before When I Work, Cody held multiple positions at Apple, including Lead Genius and Business Pro & Relationship Manager. Cody also worked as a Master Control Operator at WKOW - ABC 27 and as a Senior Graphics Coordinator at KTVT. Cody's early career includes a role as a Communications Lab Instructor at the University of Texas at Arlington. Overall, Cody has gained extensive expertise in customer success, leadership, and communication throughout their career.

Cody Crawford's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Kilgore College for one year to pursue general studies. In 2001, they transferred to The University of Texas at Arlington, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communications and also minored in Business Administration. This education journey lasted until 2005.
