Karim Joseph, Jr.

Karim Joseph, Jr. has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. In 2005, they were a Percussion Instructor at Ralston Valley High School, where they supported student technical and expressive development through effective rehearsal techniques and private lessons. In 2010, they worked as an Administrative Assistant and Sales Representative at Applewood Golf Course, where they collaborated with the general manager and events director in organizing and executing large events. In 2012, they worked as an E911 Field Tester at MobileNet Services, where they tested cell network sites for FCC E911 compliance. Karim also worked as an Interim Elementary Music Educator at Jeffco Public Schools, where they created and executed lesson plans aligning with national and local standards. In 2013, they were a Project Specialist at Rocky Mountain Microfilm and Imaging. In 2016, they were a Data Engineer at Path2Response LLC, where they developed an ETL platform built using Spark, Scala, MongoDB, Angular.io, and Express.js. Karim also created various microservices for automatable tasks, performed data conversion, QA, custom data extracts for use in modeling, and custom output formatting for 300+ clients. In 2019, they worked at Cross Country Computer Corp as a Manager of Application Development and Data Engineer. Finally, in 2021, they became a Lead Software Engineer at BettrData.io.

Karim Joseph, Jr. has a Bachelor of Music Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they obtained between 2006 and 2011.
