Massimiliano Giacomelli Penon

Massimiliano Giacomelli Penon is a seasoned professional in product development and innovation, currently serving as Senior Product Development Manager at Bevaplast BV since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on new product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs for medical products. Prior to this role, Massimiliano held a similar position at Henkel from December 2020 to March 2023, overseeing the EU product development team for non-pressure sensitive adhesives.
