William Birmingham has a diverse work experience in the field of thermal engineering. William is currently working as a Senior Thermal Engineer at Bevilacqua Research Corporation since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Thermal Engineer at SAIC from June 2021 to May 2022, and at Genesis Engineering Solutions, Inc. from March 2020 to May 2021. Before entering the industry, they worked as an Engineer at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from November 2017 to March 2020. Their earliest work experience includes being a Plasma Physics Research Assistant and Thermal Engineer at UMBC Dusty Plasma Laboratory from April 2014 to November 2017. During this time, they were involved in various research activities, presentations, and collaborations related to designing and experimenting with electromagnets for dusty plasma studies.
William Birmingham has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, which they earned from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the same university from 2013 to 2016.
