Chrystal Souza is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Tech Recruiter at Beyond Soluções since February 2022. With a broad range of experience, Chrystal has developed recruitment strategies for various technology roles, managed budgets, and implemented employer branding initiatives. Previous roles include Internal People and Culture Consultant at Grupo Panvel, where responsibilities encompassed employee development and team building, and HR analyst positions at Portocred S/A and Gerdau Long Steel North America. Chrystal began the career as an intern in HR at CIEE-RS and Gerdau, progressing to administrative roles and developing a strong foundation in personnel management. Chrystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from São Judas Tadeu and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Unisinos.
