Nina Katz

Nina Katz has worked in the field of training and communications for over 30 years. In 1985, they began their career at Bank of America as a Vice President and Training Manager, where they managed complex training programs for large retail bank populations. In 1998, they started their own consulting and training business, Katz Consulting & Training, where they developed proposals to create corporate universities, designed custom programs for banking lines of business, and more. In 2009, they began working at Beyond the Arc, Inc., a marketing agency, as a Communications Consultant. In this role, they worked on strategic communications and training for a Fortune 50 financial services client, as well as contributing to timely projects in areas such as social media, case studies, data mining, and predictive analytics.

Nina Katz obtained their High School Diploma from Mumford High School in the field of Science & Arts. Nina then attended Brandeis University for Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Nina received their B.A. in Psychology from Sonoma State University and their M.A. in Organization Development from the same institution. Nina also holds a Certified Financial Planner certification from CFB Board.
