Judi Sohn

Judi Sohn has over 30 years of experience in various roles, primarily in the technology and nonprofit sectors. Judi is currently working as a Principal Solution Consultant at Beyond the Horizon Technology since 2023.

From 2015 to 2023, Judi worked at Salesforce, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Director, Customer Centric Engineering for Industries, Director, Customer Centric Engineering for Salesforce.org, and Manager, Nonprofit Open Source Community. In these roles, they managed global teams, analyzed customer inquiries and complaints, improved customer engagement, and served as a technical resource to internal teams.

Prior to Salesforce, Judi worked at KELL Partners, LLC from 2012 to 2015 as a Senior Solutions Architect and NPSP Practice Lead. Judi was responsible for providing Salesforce applications and Nonprofit Starter Pack expertise and served as a technical point of contact between KELL Partners and developers.

Judi also gained experience at Blackbaud as a Senior Client Success Specialist for the Common Ground platform and at Convio as a Senior Client Success Specialist for Common Ground, both in 2012.

In addition to their technology roles, Judi has nonprofit experience as the Vice President of Operations at Fight Colorectal Cancer from 2005 to 2011, where they co-founded the organization and oversaw its growth.

Early in their career, Judi worked as an Editor at GigaOM Network and as the Owner of Mom at Home Design LLC, where they provided freelance graphic design and technology consulting services primarily to nonprofit organizations.

Before that, they worked as a Studio Manager at Lotas Minard Patton McIver from 1992 to 1996.

Throughout their career, Judi has demonstrated expertise in technology solutions, nonprofit management, customer engagement, and team leadership.

Judi Sohn holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in the field of Salesforce, including Process Automation Accredited Professional, Community MBA, Certified Education Cloud Consultant, Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Certified Platform App Builder, Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Administrator, and Certified Developer.
