Angela Duggan

Angela Duggan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Angela started their career as a Web Designer/Developer at the Canadian Public Relations Society in 2006. In 2003, they joined NTT Data as a Lead Experience Architect, where they were involved in various projects related to user experience, including research, design, and development. Angela then co-owned Perfect Pair Wedding Design and Coordination from 2012 to 2018. Currently, they are working at BeyondTrust, where they have held multiple roles including Lead Experience Architect, Director of User Experience, and Vice President of User Experience. In their current position, they focus on advocating for user experience, leading the UX team, and creating design artifacts for the company's products.

Angela Duggan has a Certificate in Digital Media from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Angela also has a Certificate in Supervisory Development from Saint Mary's University, earned in 2015. Additionally, Angela has a degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Internet from the Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC, completed from 2001 to 2003. Angela has obtained additional certifications such as the Certified Experience Designer (CXD) from Experience Thinkers in 2021, a UX Certificate from Nielsen Norman Group in 2020, a Certificate in Supervisory Development from Saint Mary's University in 2015, and the Certified Professional Wedding Coordinator designation from The Wedding Planners Institute of Canada (WPIC) in 2012.
