Ross Williams has a long history of working in the travel industry. In 1998, they began working as a freelance PR Manager. In 2001, they became an Account Manager at Brighter PR, where they managed campaigns for the Wales Tourist Board, Brittany Ferries, and the Jordan Tourist Board. In 2004, they founded and became the CEO of 8th Day Adventure, a sport/adventure club that brings together people who want to make the most of their spare time. In 2019, they became the Head of Operations & Partnerships at Beyonk, a company that provides booking and marketing software to the experience sector. That same year, they also founded and became the CEO of Trouperly, a group travel marketplace based around peer to peer networking.
Ross Williams attended Shrewsbury School from 1989 to 1994, and then the University of Southampton from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography.
