Rachel Dimmock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in insurer engagement and relationship management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Insurer Engagement at BGL Insurance since February 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at BGL Group for nearly two decades, holding various positions including Insurer Development Manager, Relationship Manager, Relationship Executive, Operational Support & Delivery Specialist, Team Leader in Contact Centre Support, and Customer Service Team Leader. Rachel's expertise lies in managing relationships with insurers and external partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering new product initiatives. Rachel holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2000.
