Ryan Escher

Ryan Escher has a diverse work experience in the staffing and technology industry. Ryan currently serves as the Vice President of IT Direct Hire Services at BGSF since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Horn Solutions, Inc. as a Market Director from 2019 to 2023. Ryan also held various positions at Robert Half, including Director of Perm Services/Vice President of Robert Half Technology from 2009 to 2019 and Branch Manager of Technology Staffing Services from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they worked at Robert Half- Singapore as a Senior Manager from 2007 to 2009 and as a Branch Manager of Professional Staffing Services at Robert Half from 2000 to 2007.

Ryan Escher attended Brigham Young University - Idaho and earned an Associates degree in General. Ryan then went on to Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
