Sunil Kulkarni

Sunil Kulkarni has an extensive work experience, starting from 2005 when they joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager. Sunil worked in this role for ten years until 2015. In the same year, they joined DoYourCompliance Solutions Private Limited as the COO but only served in this position for a few months.

In 2015, Sunil moved to EY as a Director and held this position for four years until 2019. During their time at EY, they gained valuable experience in finance and management.

Subsequently, they joined Kloudq Technologies Limited in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer and Head GRC. Sunil worked in this role for two and a half years until 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, Sunil Kulkarni joined Bharat Forge Ltd as the Vice President of Finance, which is their current position.

Sunil Kulkarni completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Income Tax & Costing at Gogte College of Commerce from 1996 to 2000. Sunil then pursued a Chartered Accountant degree at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a Company Secretary degree with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India between 1998 and 2004. Before their higher education, Sunil attended B.K. Model High School from 1989 to 1995.
